The Damian Family Care Center offers the following services:

Primary Care - Adults
Physical exams, EKGs, X-rays, blood tests, chronic disease care (heart, lung, diabetes, etc.)

Pediatrics - Birth to 18 years
Well & sick child exams, school physicals, immunizations, vision & hearing tests

Women's Health
PAP tests, family planning/birth control, breast cancer screening, treatment of female problems

Dentistry
children and adults

Eye Care
Vision testing and glasses, treatment of eye diseases

Podiatry
Bunions, corns, ingrown nails, heel spurs, etc.

Gastroenterology
Flexible sigmoidoscopy for colon cancer screening, evaluation and management of gastrointestinal disorders

Nutrition
Dietary counseling and planning for obesity, hypertension, diabetes and other medical conditions

We accept Medicaid, Managed Care, Child Health Plus, Self-pay and most major insurance. Discounted fees are available for individuals who do not have insurance coverage.
